60% Garnacha, 30% Tempranillo, 10% Syrah.
Ruby red colour with light, brick red hues. Natural and complex bouquets, a mixture of fruity aromas and delicately spiced bouquets of vanilla and liquorice. Toasted aromas recall those of coffee and licorice. The first taste leaves all its structure and glycerine content on the palate. Balanced, fleshy and well-structured in the mouth.
White and red meats (ox, beef) roasted or grilled, big game (venison, boar, roe-deer), meat casseroles and stews. Complex sauces, foie-gras and cured cheeses.
