Viñas de Miedes Red

The grape is formed by: the Skin that contains most of the colouring material; the Pulp that it usually colourless and contains the main components of the must (water and sugars) in addition to the aromas and the Seeds that provides different tannins to the wine.

Tasting notes: 
The cherry red colour with its violet highlights express its young age. Red fruit bouquet with the essence of minerals and herbal tones. The correct relationship between tannine, alcohol and acidity are noteworthy, leaving a pleasant sensation on the palate.
Pairing: 
Various roasts (chicken, beef, lamb), blue fish, rices and pastas, meat casseroles, short- and medium-cured cheeses.
