How can I find out if my order has been placed correctly?
- We always send a confirmation e-mail with all the information about your order. If you do not receive it or you have doubts about the status of your order, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com.
How can I get an invoice?
- You can write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the tax information you want to include on your invoice, and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
How can I change the delivery address?
- Once the order is made you can’t change it, but we can do it for you. Write us an e-mail to email@example.com.
How can I modify or cancel an order?
- To make any modifications to your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do you send the bottles?
- We use our own cardboard boxes of 6 units, specially designed for wine bottles’ shipments.
Where are the items shipped from?
- Directly from Bodegas San Alejandro.
Can you help me with the purchase in your store?
- Of course! Call us and we will guide you in the purchase process helping you in everything you may need.
How can I send your wine as a gift?
- The address you write in the “delivery address” section will be the one receiving the wine, so put in that box the details of the person you want to make the gift to. We also have cards that you can personalize where you can write a dedication to the person you want.
How do I return an online order?
- You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. The order has to be packed and in good conditions. You will have to bear with the return shipping costs. The courier company to do so is at your choice.
What payment methods do you offer?
- You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer.
Is it safe to pay by card on your online shop?
- Yes, when you enter in the payment process, you will be redirected to the bank’s secure payment gateway and once the payment is made, the bank will give us the confirmation.
If I pay by transfer, will it take longer to receive my order?
- When you pay by bank transfer, the payment can take up to 48 hours on working days. The shipment will be send as soon as the payment appears in our account.
Can I place the order by phone or email?
- Our online store is designed to facilitate the purchase of wine, but if you need help with it, you can call us by phone and we will help you with everything you may need.
How can I check the status of my order?
- You will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.
Do you offer free shipping for a minimum order?
- Yes, shipping costs are free from 30 €.
What are your terms of delivery?
- Your order will arrive within 48 – 72 hours.
What happens if a bottle is broken during transport?
- We will manage the replacement immediately. Please, inform us by phone or email us to email@example.com.
What should I do if the package is damaged?
- In that case, you must reject the order and contact us immediately.
