Description
Young red wine made from early-harvest Garncha with very little maceration. The vineyard is located between 700 and 800 meters above the sea level, with low pH and good acidity, giving the wine fresh fruit notes and great fluidity on the palate.
Vineyard characteristics
Young vineyard trained on trellises, between 10 and 20 years old, located in different areas of the Sierra Vicort. Clay-limestone soil with good drainage and yields of 6000 kg/ha. The average vineyard altitude is 750 m.
Winemaking
Destemmed and lightly crushed grapes. Fermentation at a low temperature for 4 days in stainless steel tanks, with fermentation finishing in cement tanks. Early rackings and quick bottling. TASTING NOTES
Light-colored red wine with very bright red and violet hues.
Clean and fresh nose, with fruity and citrus notes.
Very agile on the palate, with an intense fresh fruit flavor and low tannins.
