Description
This Spanish red wine is made of locally grown organic Garnacha vines from the mountains of arid steep slopes where they struggle to thrive.Vineyard characteristics
Old vines up to 35 years old. Dry-farmed vineyards with different orientations and located in calcareous, clay and squist soils.
Winemaking
Hand-picked harvest and organic viticulture. Destemmed and uncrushed garnacha grapes. Winemaking and ageing in underground concrete tanks at the classical Cellar of San Alejandro. TASTING NOTES
Pomegranate red colour. Intense and perfumed.
Cherry aromas and herbal notes with hints of spices and pepper.
Intense, fresh and fruity in the mouth with balanced tannins and an intense minerality.
