Description
Baltasar Gracián is the main range of the winery. High altitude vineyards, different orientations and exceptional slate and gravel soils, which, together with the antiquity of its traditional, bush vines, produce grapes harvests of exceptional quality.
Vineyard characteristics
Dry-farmed vines over 40 years old planted in bush with an average yield per hectar of 3,000kg / ha. Calcareous and loose stone soils.
Winemaking
Hand-picked bunches of grapes slightly pressed at a very low temperature for the extraction of the flower must. Aged on lees for the best aromas’ development of each variety. TASTING NOTES
Pale yellow colour with greenish tones.
Intense aromas of fennel, citrics, and stone fruits in the nose.Its excellent balance between alcohol and acidity makes it pleasant, elegant, smooth and fresh to the palate.
