This Spanish red wine is made of locally grown organic Garncha vines planted in the mountains of Sierra Vicort.Vineyard characteristics
Vineyards between 15 and 35 years old. Dry-farmed vineyards planted at an average altitude of 900 meters.
Winemaking
Hand-picked harvest and organic viticulture. Destemmed and uncrushed garnacha grapes. Winemaking and ageing in underground concrete tanks at the classical Cellar of San Alejandro. TASTING NOTES
Dark and vivid colour
Intense and perfumed. Red fruit aromas with some thyme and lavender notes, clean and direct.
Intense, fresh and fruity in the mouth with an integrated and balanced acidity. Good crispy final.
