Description

Baltasar Gracián is the main range of the winery. High altitude vineyards, different orientations and exceptional slate and gravel soils, which, together with the antiquity of its traditional, bush vines, produce grapes harvests of exceptional quality.

Vineyard characteristics

High altitude old vines located in several natural plots of our hills with soils of clay, slate and colluvium.

Winemaking

Ageing in French oak of 225 liters for 12 months. Afterwards, the blend is composed by selected varieties and the tasting of individual barrels.

TASTING NOTES

Intense rubi colour of great brightness.

Combined aromas of French barrel and the typical ones of the Grenache (blackberries and plum syrup) and the Syrah (black pepper).

Black fruits and a subtle touch of coffee and cocoa in the mouth. As a whole, it is a concentrated wine with an intense after-taste.
