Vineyard characteristics
Old vines located in several plots of Sierra Vicort, with soils of clay and colluvium.
Winemaking
A blend of hand-picked Garnacha and Syrah, elaborated separately with long macerations. Ageing in French barrels of 225 liters for 15 months. Selection of barrels with a great ageing capacity.
TASTING NOTES

Its colour is crimson of medium intensity.

A touch of toasted bread, clove, candied fruit, almonds, fig and cocoa.

Notes derived from the ageing persist in the mouth together with a smooth tannin that makes it subtle and elegant on the palate.
