Vineyard characteristics
Old vines up to 35 years old. Dry-farmed vineyards with diferent orientations and located in calcareous, clay and squist soils.
Winemaking
Hand-picked harvest and organic viticulture. Destemmed and uncrushed garnacha grapes. Winemaking and ageing in underground concrete tanks at the classical Cellar of San Alejandro. TASTING NOTES
Pomegranate red colour.
Cherry aromas and herbal notes with hints of spices and pepper.
Intense, fresh and fruity in the mouth with balanced tannins and an intense minerality.
