Vineyard characteristics
White grenache vines located in fresh areas, planted in the traditional bush system and dry-farmed. Organic viticulture with manual harvest.
Winemaking
Reception of the grapes by gravity and cold storage before macerating and fermenting in steel tanks with skins for 16 days. One punching down by treading per day. The fermentation is carried out at the micro-winemaking cellar. TASTING NOTES
Ambar colour.
Stone fruits and mediterranean herbs notes.
Full-bodied, well structured and with a long finish. Its excellent balance between freshness and acidity makes it pleasant, elegant and smooth.
