Description

Baltasar Gracián is the main range of the winery. High altitude vineyards, different orientations and exceptional slate and gravel soils, which, together with the antiquity of its traditional, bush vines, produce grapes harvests of exceptional quality.

Vineyard characteristics

Selection of Garnacha plots over 60 years old, from vineyards located in the hills of the Sierra Santa Cruz with quartzite and slate soils.

Winemaking

Destemmed and uncrushed grapes macerate for a month alternating delicate pumping-overs and pigeages. It ages for 12 months in French foudres and vats of 50hl for a better balance and conservation of the Garnacha aromas.
